Terence Russell - PGA Professional
I have been playing golf for the past 36 years and the great game has always been a passion of mine!
I spent the early years of my golf as a member at North Foreland Golf Club where my love for the game really took off and my handicap started to drop. A few years later I was working at Manston Golf Centre where i worked very closely with the golf professionals and with suggestion I decided to train as a teaching professional. Now a member at Princes Golf Club in Sandwich I continued my practice, until I was ready for the test...
In November of 2005 I turned teaching processional with the United States Golf Teaching Federation in Florida, at Kissimmee Bay Golf Club.
I have been teaching beginners to the low handicap players, working with individuals and groups of up to 15 for five years now. I love my job and get a great deal of satisfaction watching pupils overcome their problems.
Golf is a fantastic hobby for young and old, it is a good form of exercise and introduces light hearted, disciplined social integration. I am proud to be part of the teaching federation and look forward to working with local schools and the community in the future.
